The Position:
We are hiring for an ambitious and people-focused Recruiter to join our team, based in-office in Spokane, WA. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of company hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements and ideal candidates for the team. Responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, moving viable candidates along in the recruiting process, and extending employment offers.

The Position:

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of company hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements and ideal candidates for the team. Responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, moving viable candidates along in the recruiting process, and extending employment offers.
- Implement creative and effective recruiting strategies for the organization.
- Manage the overall recruitment process, including: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer extension.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process.
- Source candidates by using a variety of targeted search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial video screenings.
- Evaluate candidate’s skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and assess them to the requirements of the position.
- Schedule subsequent interviews with hiring managers, providing follow-up and communication throughout the process.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the employment offer and negotiating terms.
- Partner with Marketing to build company presence and reputation on social media sites such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
- Create weekly and monthly analytical recruitment reporting on requisitions and time-to-fill statistics.
- Utilize and update our Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist Human Resources in the onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of employment law and hiring requirements in states we operate in.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel), HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.
- Strong familiarity with a variety of job posting platforms, including: LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, etc.
- 1-2 years of corporate recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Associate’s Degree required.
- Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.
- Competitive pay, starting at $75,000+ (with previous recruiting experience).
