The Job

MGM Resorts International believes that great talent is the cornerstone of success. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us attract, recruit, and retain top talent. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences, then Join The Show!

The Day-to-day

  • Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, databases, and professional networking and screening.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Hiring Managers for assigned Divisions.
  • Creates recruitment strategy for each requisition, manages recruitment process, and responsible for integrity and compliance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Familiarity with recruitment and employment software programs (e.g. ATS, CRM, etc.).
  • Previous experience and success with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Able to work in an-office setting in Springfield, MA; not a remote role.
