We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us attract, recruit, and retain top talent. The Day-to-day
- Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, databases, and professional networking and screening.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Hiring Managers for assigned Divisions.
- Creates recruitment strategy for each requisition, manages recruitment process, and responsible for integrity and compliance.
- Familiarity with recruitment and employment software programs (e.g. ATS, CRM, etc.).
- Previous experience and success with full-cycle recruitment.
- Able to work in an-office setting in Springfield, MA; not a remote role.
