Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM
Encord
Date: 1 week ago
City: Alameda, CA
Contract type: Full time

About Us
At Encord, we're building the AI infrastructure of the future. The biggest challenge AI companies face today is actually not half as glamorous as the outside world may think: it's all about data quality. In fact, the success of any AI application today relies on the quality of a model's training data — and for 95% of teams, this essential step is both the most costly, and the most time-consuming, in getting their product to market.
As ex-computer scientists, physicists, and quants, we felt first-hand how the lack of tools to prepare quality training data was impeding the progress of building AI. AI today is what the early days of computing or the internet were like, where the potential of the technology is clear, but the tools and processes surrounding it are still primitive, preventing the next generation of applications. This is why we started Encord.
We are a talented and ambitious team of 70, working at the cutting edge of multimodal and visual AI, backed by top investors, including CRV and Y Combinator, leading industry executives like Luc Vincent, former VP of AI at Meta, and other top Bay Area leaders in AI. We are one the fastest growing companies in our space, and consistently rated as the best product in the market by our customers. We have big plans ahead and are looking for a GTM Talent Partner to join us in building our team.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for an outstanding GTM Talent Partner to join Encord's talent team in San Francisco, focusing on scaling our GTM team as we rapidly expand following our Series B funding. Partnering with Sales, CS, Marketing and Ops leadership, you'll help attract top talent and double the size of our GTM department this year.
You'll be supporting the recruitment process for Sales, CS, Marketing, and Operations roles, ensuring a diverse pipeline and a positive experience for candidates. You'll also collaborate with hiring managers to fine tune recruitment strategies, utilise data insights, and strengthen Encord's employer brand.
Your role will be crucial in shaping Encord's growth by strategically sourcing and securing top talent. You'll be supporting the recruitment process from initial sourcing to final hiring decisions. Working closely with leadership, you'll help us build the teams that will drive our continued success.
What To Expect
Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process with hiring managers and teams.
Assess Candidate Fit:Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment techniques. Develop scoring metrics to streamline decision-making.
Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
