Talent Acquisition Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help us find exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Duties
Talent Acquisition Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing all applicant tracking in an Application Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinating phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team as well as individual hiring managers.
- Posting positions to all job boards and online platforms.
- Utilizing their database to run searches for potential candidates.
- Handling all onboarding paperwork including background checks and non-disclosure agreements.
- Coordinating new hire orientations as needed and making sure all processes are compliant.
- Manage the background check initiation process and track status of all screenings.
- Monitoring candidates during onsite interviews maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition/HR team in all administrative functions.
- Ability to navigate calendars and schedule interviews/phone screens.
- 1+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator preferred.
- Familiarity with an Application Tracking System (ATS) is preferred, preferably Taleo.
- Previous experience working directly with clients.
- Familiarity using video technology (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype).
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) is required.
- Pharma industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates degree required.
