We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help us find exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Duties

Talent Acquisition Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Managing all applicant tracking in an Application Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinating phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team as well as individual hiring managers.
• Posting positions to all job boards and online platforms.
• Utilizing their database to run searches for potential candidates.
• Handling all onboarding paperwork including background checks and non-disclosure agreements.
• Coordinating new hire orientations as needed and making sure all processes are compliant.
• Manage the background check initiation process and track status of all screenings.
• Monitoring candidates during onsite interviews maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition/HR team in all administrative functions.
  
  

Skills

• Ability to navigate calendars and schedule interviews/phone screens.
• 1+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator preferred.
• Familiarity with an Application Tracking System (ATS) is preferred, preferably Taleo.
• Previous experience working directly with clients.
• Familiarity using video technology (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype).
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) is required.
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates degree required.
