Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a contract with a client in Tempe, AZ. Responsibilities include resolving or escalating technical issues reported by end-users and managing helpdesk tickets to ensure timely and accurate updates.

Rate Range: $25/hour to 26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive Job Responsibilities Include

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Log, track, and manage support tickets, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to users.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in application or technical support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions professionally and empathetically.
• Proven ability to manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
