WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Supply Quality Coordinator working at our Customer Fulfillment Center, contributing to increasing customer satisfaction and reducing costs related to poor quality, you will:
Communicate information related to Quality Support Center (QSC) issued protocols.
Communicate with internal and external partners, such as suppliers and vendors, to organize actions associated with work orders and protocols.
Maintain records and reporting related to all work orders and protocols.
Review and process internal deviations as part of the goods receiving process.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical and detail oriented.
Previous administrative warehouse work preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident with independent decisions and problem solving.
Requirements
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
