Description

The Supply & Finance Coordinator role is pivotal in optimizing supply chain efficiency and driving financial accuracy within Happy Egg. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can manage dynamic weekly sales fluctuations, ensure accurate inventory levels across multiple facilities, and actively engage with third-party suppliers.

The ideal candidate will excel in tracking and reporting key operational metrics, facilitating cost-saving initiatives, and supporting month-end financial close processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves disseminating vital information across the organization and fostering collaborative relationships with suppliers and growers.

Key Job Duties For This Role Include

SUPPLY AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Navigate dynamic weekly sales fluctuations while ensuring we have appropriate Inventory to support all packing facilities
• Actively engage/ communicate with third parties
• Track Inventory across multiple facilities and manage Inventory turns
• Identify opportunities on Happy Egg supplier cost models to explore reducing cost or to improve efficiencies in process
• Develop and publish weekly and monthly metrics to the business and communicate to all levels of the organization
• Record and track Grade out Data from suppliers to support production models and weekly inventory forecast
  
  

Finance And Reporting

• Lean In and support Month End Close responsibilities which may Include reviewing accruals or providing variance reporting
• Assist on variance reporting for the operations organization which may Include monthly, quarter to date, and Year to date variances to budget & forecast
• Identify opportunities on Happy Egg supplier cost models to explore reducing cost or to improve efficiencies in process.
• Develop and publish weekly and monthly metrics to the business and communicate to all levels of the organization.

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience, looking to be challenged and grow into an exciting, fast paced role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Poultry Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
• Demonstrated experience in operations, supplier relations, root cause analysis determination, critical thinking, data management and reporting
