Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Key Role

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with program delivery targets. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression and effective communication. Ensure we maintain high standards of product quality and delivery throughout the entire process. Coordinate and track procurement requirements from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align supply chain activities. Monitor project acquisitions and prepare status reports for stakeholders and management. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues within supply chain projects and work with relevant teams to resolve them. Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules and communication records. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project requirements are understood and met. Assist in data analysis and reporting to measure project performance and support continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery
• Experience tracking hardware delivery using a project schedule
• Ability to function independently as a self-starter
• Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
• Ability to manage work efficiently
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
  
  

Additional Qualifications

• Possession of excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
