Your Job
You will work directly with our clients (electrical contractors) to help integrate and onboard their suppliers onto Remarcable, by connecting their various systems together via digital integrations. You’ll conduct demonstrations, training sessions and regular check-ins for them.
SSMs take responsibility for the success of their clients’ experience with the platform, building close relationships with the businesses as they transition from sales prospects to lifelong customers. Reporting directly to the Director of Supplier Success, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing startup and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Other components of the compensation package may include: PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.

You’ll be responsible for integrating Remarcable with various suppliers via electronic integration to ensure the smooth flow of data. What that means is:
- Determine the best method of integration for each supplier
- Work with suppliers’ integration team to establish the connection and correct mapping
- Test the integrations prior to ‘going live’
- Monitoring these deployments to ensure they are meeting our clients’ needs
- Providing training to suppliers on how to use Remarcable to process our clients’ quotations and purchase orders
- Planning implementation strategies and methods to meet our clients’ timelines
- Creating/editing technical documentation that our suppliers use to set up the integrations on their systems

They are able to master a new software application quickly and have experience administrating a software solution or working within an ERP system. Specifically, this job is right for you if you have:
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- The ability to learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness with phone/tablet/computer hardware and operating systems
- A strong knowledge of basic business applications like Outlook, Excel, Notes, Keynote, etc
- Experience managing projects
- Exemplary problem-solving skills
- Proven presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
- A client service mentality
- The adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other people
- A sense of ownership in the work that you do
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional position
- Experience in the electrical construction or distribution industries
- Experience with the electronic integration between different software/database systems - EDI (electronic data interchange), API (application programming interface), Punchout, etc
- BA/BS degree preferred
