Could you be the full-time onsite Superintendent of Train Operations in Camden, US we’re looking for?
Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless coordination and integration of service and operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (General Management, Safety Compliance, Customer Service), direct transportation activities to ensure exceptional service, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Directing all transportation activities to ensure safe, prompt, and courteous service to potential clients in accordance with corporate policies, practices, government regulations, the potential client's Rules, and special instructions,
- Assessing all train performance reports and interfacing regularly with host railways rail traffic control centers as well as railway operating officers,
- Ensuring coordination and daily performance of train operations and immediate response and correction of deviations to the operating plan,
- Providing leadership and direction to subordinate Supervisors on all train operations,
- Ensuring the development and implementation of a training/refresher program to maintain a high level of competence for LRV operators,
- Coordinating activities with the Operations Subcontractor to maintain high-level train service, customer service, and employee compliance and competency,
- Serving as an emergency point-of-contact and being on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week,
- Performing operational audits on the train service and the operating crews.

- Experience in commuter rail and freight railroad operations,
- Knowledge of corporate policies, practices, and government regulations pertaining to rail transport,
- Familiarity with NORAC rules and regulations,
- Proven leadership and team management abilities,
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex operations,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Resilience and adaptability to respond promptly to operational challenges.
