Job Description
Position is part-time internship opportunity, 2 - 3 weekdays, 2 - 4 hours a day. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Jacksonville, FL are encouraged to apply.

- Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the lab, including cleaning, ordering, discarding of solutions, organizing supplies, and retrieving and returning samples from sample storage
- Prepare samples for analysis and monitor some instrumentation with minimal supervision
- Assist with Inventory process within the group
- Perform a variety of organizational tasks to aide in the everyday functionality of the laboratory
- Perform laboratory cleaning responsibilities of equipment and controlled rooms
- Work efficiently, document work clearly, and perform responsibilities accurately
- Special projects as necessary/as directed
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Must have completed your freshman year and be majoring in a relevant scientific field and live within a commutable distance from Jacksonville FL
