What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing subcontract agreements
- Work closely with project managers, engineering, and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate subcontract documentation (scopes of work, RFQs, etc.)
- Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to schedules
- Track deliverables, invoices, and payments
- Support onboarding and prequalification of new subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements
- Help resolve disputes and performance issues
- Generate reports and maintain records in project/procurement systems
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in subcontract administration, procurement, or contract coordination
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows and contract terms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and software like Acumatica, Procore, or Oracle
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and across departments
- Background in construction, engineering, or government contracting
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations
- NCMA CPCM or similar certification a plus
