About The Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients, a leading global home furnishings brand recognized for its innovation, craftsmanship, and customer-centric culture. The Sales Manager will lead and develop the store’s sales team to achieve revenue and profit goals, strengthen customer relationships, and uphold exceptional service standards while driving a high-performing, growth-oriented retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to exceed store sales and margin goals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture with ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement efforts.
• Maintain optimal store presentation, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and provide leadership in the Store Manager’s absence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales leadership or store management.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail excellence.
