Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Surprise, Arizona.
- Full-time, ongoing position with 36 hours/week on 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Provides age-specific, bedside nursing care, collaborates on care planning, and supervises team members.
- Requires effective communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Preferred experience in CVICU, ICU, or Cardiac Stepdown; new graduates considered.
- Minimum requirements include an accredited nursing degree, Arizona RN license, CPR, and ACLS; PALS/ENPC within 90 days.
- Preferred BSN and specialty certifications.
- Acts as shift supervisor, participates in hourly rounding, and ensures patient safety.
