We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Strategy & Policy Analyst to join our team, providing direct support in the area of NATO military partnerships. This role will contribute to shaping policies, strengthening partner engagement, and advancing capability development in alignment with NATO’s strategic priorities. Travel may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Strategy & Policy Analyst to join our team, providing direct support in the area of NATO military partnerships. This role will contribute to shaping policies, strengthening partner engagement, and advancing capability development in alignment with NATO’s strategic priorities. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Contribute to policies, reports, and studies on long-term perspectives of NATO military partnerships
- Analyze and assess best practices and lessons learned on partnerships
- Support development of NATO concepts, policies, and Bi-Sc/ACT directives
- Identify ACT Programs of Work suitable for Partner engagement
- Provide geopolitical analysis and Key Leader Engagement on PfP countries
- Perform AO role or provide inputs for PfP country-related Bi-SC tasks
- Develop processes to implement corporate memory mechanisms for partnerships
- Provide quality assurance for partnership and contracting activities
- Develop and execute Information Knowledge Management (IKM) tasks for the Partnerships Branch
- Develop and deliver briefings to senior officers and decision makers
- Contribute to policy, directives, and process refinement
- Travel up to 30 days per year within and outside NATO boundaries
Experience:
- Graduate of a NATO or national military staff college (OF-5 level or higher)
- 10+ years’ experience working within NATO Enterprise (preferred), or other International Organization in a defense/security-related position, or within a national mission, delegation, or embassy to an IO
- 10+ years’ demonstrated working knowledge of NATO Partnerships, defense/security capacity building, defense planning, or military capability development/operations research
- US or NATO citizen with valid US or NATO member country passport
- Familiarity with military rank/grade structures
- Knowledge of military terminology
- Master’s degree (or higher) in international relations, international security, international development, military studies, foreign policy, public affairs, political science, or related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in foreign/international security, international cooperation, defense, or military affairs may be an acceptable substitute
- Possess current SECRET Security Clearance
