Southern California-based commercial general contractor, BKB Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Coordinator & Estimator (Upscale Restaurant Projects) for fast-paced, high-end restaurant projects across Southern and Northern California. This role requires extensive travel and a proven track record in restaurant construction. Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills to thrive in a high-intensity environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to manage tight schedules and coordinate subcontractors efficiently. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and update schedules regularly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Produce three-week-look-ahead schedules and detailed RFIs.
• Ensure all verbal communication is documented in writing daily.
• Use Procore for project management and Microsoft Outlook for communication.
• Utilize an iPad and/or laptop for daily tasks, including sending emails, creating reports, and submitting RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-end restaurant construction.
• Proficiency in Procore (mandatory) and Microsoft Outlook (fluently).
• Procore certification required prior to project start if not already certified.
• Ability to produce detailed three-week-look-ahead schedules and RFIs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use an iPad and/or laptop for project management tasks.
• Computer literacy and the ability to communicate daily via email.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Southern and Northern California.
• Seasoned Superintendent experienced using Procore preferably Procore Certified
