Sr Production Scheduler

Akkodis is seeking a Sr Production Scheduler for a Contract with a client in Rocky Mount, NC. This role requires strong real-world SAP and materials planning experience to lead operations and ensure inventory aligns with production needs.

Rate Range: $27/hour to $33/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr Production Scheduler Job Responsibilities Include

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to align material availability with production needs.
• Monitor and adjust schedules based on changes in demand, capacity, or inventory levels.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track production orders, inventory status, and scheduling metrics.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Analyze production data and performance trends to improve scheduling efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in production scheduling or materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems for scheduling and inventory control.
• Proven ability to manage execution schedules and resolve supply gaps in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
