Sr. Product Designer

As part of the Connected Service Organization, you will play a key role in designing and strategizing for a suite of applications within the Connected Service ecosystem. Your work will be instrumental in establishing high-quality SaaS products and tools for the EV industry. This position will be located at our Palo Alto office and will report directly to one of our leaders on the Connected Services team.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions for our MES, Smart Diagnostics ecosystem, Aftersales software, and Fleet Management software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and develop simplified interface designs that drive efficiency.
• Drive all aspects of the design process as a full-stack designer, from conducting user research and crafting interaction designs to developing visual design systems and shaping product ecosystem strategy.
• Apply user-centered design principles to develop cohesive and intuitive experiences across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to establish, document, and maintain design best practices, standards, and guidelines
• Exhibits strong prioritization skills and adaptability, managing multiple projects efficiently while handling urgent tasks.

• Minimum 4 years of experience, specializing in B2B SaaS solutions, with a strong emphasis on interaction design and user-centered approaches.
• Exceptional artistic eye and technical ability with modern design tools.
• Previous experience with designing for SasS and Enterprised automotive software, business products, and services preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable design systems across web and mobile platforms.
• Passion for design craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect results, along with the ability to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software.
• Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated history to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, researchers) within an Agile environment.
