Overview
We are seeking experienced System Administrators to support a high-priority government program. This position will be responsible for maintaining multi-user computer systems, virtual systems, COTS software products, and performing system administration duties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and system configuration, and will be comfortable working within an Agile environment.

Overview
We are seeking experienced System Administrators to support a high-priority government program. This position will be responsible for maintaining multi-user computer systems, virtual systems, COTS software products, and performing system administration duties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and system configuration, and will be comfortable working within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer multi-user and virtual computer systems.
- Troubleshoot, patch, and configure servers (RHEL 7 & 8).
- Create and manage Ansible playbooks for automation tasks.
- Monitor and resolve system performance issues.
- Assist the Information Assurance team with system vulnerability management and STIG checklist production.
- Perform backup/restoration processes, and manage software licenses.
- Provide on-the-job training for system configuration and deployment.
- Collaborate with the Information Assurance team on security incidents.
- RHEL/Linux (RHEL 7 & 8) expertise.
- 7-12+ years of experience in System Administration (E1/E2/E3 levels).
- Security+ Certification.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible (writing and managing playbooks).
- Proficiency in BASH/Python scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Tower.
- Experience with STIGing (Security Technical Implementation Guide) and producing checklists.
- Familiarity with server configuration, maintenance, and deployment.
- Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline systems and software development environments.
- Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
- RHEL/Linux (RHEL 7 and 8)
- Open to multiple experience levels
- Sec+ Certification
- Hands-on Ansible experience
- BASH/Python
- Kubernetes/Docker
- Experience with Red Hat Satellite
- Experience with Ansible Tower
- Experience with STIGing
- Experience configuring/maintaining/deploying servers
- Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator or RHCSA
