Senior Graphic Designer / Production

Disney+ Brand & Bundle, Post-Theatrical & Platform Graphics

About The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer with an entertainment & branding background, you will bring a passion for design at all levels—whether crafting dynamic key art for major campaigns, developing large-scale branding takeovers, or designing fun, small-scale creative like ear hats and pins. You’ll support the Disney+ Brand & Bundle Marketing team, Post-Theatrical, and Platform Graphics teams—stepping in wherever creative support is needed across the business.

We’re looking for a designer who thrives in both big-picture thinking and the fine details—someone who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful visual storytelling, sharp execution, and production excellence across print, digital, social, and physical formats.

You will report to the Brand team’s Senior Design Manager and collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring Disney+ marketing strategies to life—elevating the platform’s visibility and reinforcing the magic of our IP across every audience touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll flex across Disney+ creative initiatives based on project needs, including:

Key Art & Production Asset Adaptation

  • Build, adapt, and produce original and existing creative for multi-platform campaigns—including OOH, digital, social, and internal communications—ensuring all assets meet brand, format, and production specifications. This includes creative for Disney+ post-theatrical titles across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Studios.

Campaign Design

  • Contribute to major Disney+ initiatives with static marketing assets, promotional toolkits, and platform-driven creative.

Presentation Decks

  • Design polished, visually aligned Keynote decks and storytelling materials for strategy presentations, stakeholder meetings, and partner-facing use.

Hotel & Parks Creative

  • Develop guest-facing branded elements including signage and visuals for Disney Parks & Resorts

Event Materials

  • Create signage, wayfinding, flyers, brochures, and banners for live events, activations, and Disney+ experiences.

Ad-Hoc Creative

  • Tackle quick-turn around and bespoke requests with efficiency and care, while maintaining brand consistency and production accuracy.

Platform Merchandising Support

  • Design in-app creative and storefront placements in collaboration with the Platform Graphics team.

Promotional PR Materials

  • Support press and PR needs by producing:

Mini Posters

  • Scaled assets for social, kits, or giveaways

Event Backdrops

  • Step-and-repeats, photo moments, and press walls

Branded Merchandise

  • Production-ready artwork for pins, collectibles, and giveaways

Digital Banner Design

  • Create static banner assets for streaming launches and promotional pushes.

Social Media Assets

  • Design engaging static content and platform cover art for use across Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, and more.

One-Off Production Moments

  • Support the creation or management of exclusive, production-ready creative for select post-theatrical campaigns.

Qualifications

Design Experience

  • 3+ years in creative marketing, production design, or entertainment with a proven portfolio of static, digital, and branded creative.

Production-Focused Expertise

  • Proficient in adapting creative across multiple formats with a strong understanding of production, resolution, file prep, and cross-platform deliverables.

Adobe Creative Suite Mastery

  • Expert-level in Photoshop; advanced in Illustrator, InDesign, and other key design tools.

Visual Storytelling

  • Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy—able to translate brand voice across a variety of mediums.

Team-Oriented

  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work quickly and creatively within a fast-paced environment.

Eye for Detail

  • Excellent consistency, brand alignment, and craftsmanship.

Illustration

  • While not required, illustration skills are a bonus and may be occasionally leveraged for bespoke creative moments.

Portfolio

  • A curated selection of work showcasing a range of campaign designs, digital and physical deliverables, and production-ready assets.
