About The Role
As the Sr. Employee Experience (EX) Coordinator, you will provide support to help enhance and promote employee culture and experience in our distributed workforce. You’ll collaborate with the Employee Experience Team in the development, organization, evolution and management of internal programs to ensure the delivery of a consistently impactful employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle/journey to help attract and retain our greatest assets, our employees. As a global company, the role requires scheduling flexibility for multiple time zones. You will report to the Director, Employee Experience (EX), within Global HR.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. About The Role
As the Sr. Employee Experience (EX) Coordinator, you will provide support to help enhance and promote employee culture and experience in our distributed workforce. What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and implementation of company-wide people initiatives to enhance the entire employee experience.
- Support day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as wellbeing and recognition programs.
- Assist with internal and external awards submissions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative team to develop program branding.
- Analyze surveys to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Develop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations for HR initiatives and programs.
- Track Employee Experience program spend.
- Manage vendor requisitions and purchase orders within our Procurement tool.
- Coordinate/manage swag ordering and inventory for multiple programs.
- Coordinate and help facilitate New Hire events.
- Support onsite office events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Marketing or related business field coupled with 2 – 4 years’ experience in Human Resources or Employee Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects.
- Self-starter and quick learner.
- Technology industry experience is a plus.
