  • This role must be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or Herndon, VA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

We need an experienced Creative Lead with a background in visual design who can own and lead a range of projects in support of marketing initiatives. This role would involve collaborating with other creative leads and mentoring designers to create impactful brand moments across all digital creative platforms. You'll work directly with T-Studios senior leadership, marketing leaders, and the brand, digital, and production groups to build industry-leading experiences that drive engagement, brand love, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback on a variety of projects, ensuring that design aligns with project goals and T-Mobile’s digital brand standards.
  • Provide stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving, and hands-on design skills.
  • Represent design team in cross-team meetings and present work to business partners, stakeholders, and creative leadership during creative reviews.
  • Partner with creative team members and studio managers in overseeing the creative process throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Work independently and proactively. You can take a brief and turn it into a fully formed business and brand narrative. You know when to get others involved, and how to work with peers inside and outside a creative team.
  • Communicate best practices for digital design and creative justification that ties back to the brief.
  • Manage the creation and evolution of T-Mobile design resources and tools, such as style guides, onboarding manuals, and templates, in addition to brand guidelines.
  • Reinforce T-Mobile design style standards and train design team to follow process.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of web, app, social, digital marketing, or merchandising design experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal design training and a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent at prioritizing multiple assignments, especially pertaining to feedback delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and timelines.
  • Excellent presentation skills, confidence defending creative decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly while keeping calm under tight timelines.
  • A strong creative point of view with a passion for pursuing innovative ideas.
  • Recognized expertise developing strategic creative solutions.
  • Well-versed in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite for digital design.
  • Experience with Design systems and Content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript a plus.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States


Base Pay Range: $86,900 - $156,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
