In the role of Content Marketer, this individual will focus on developing and executing content strategies that engage our target audiences, enhance our inbound marketing tactics, and improve brand awareness efforts. This role is responsible for creating compelling content across various forms and channels that engages key personas and strengthens our thought leadership presence. With a strong understanding of SEO best practices, persona-based writing, and content management systems, the Content Marketer utilizes excellent writing and communication skills to produce high-quality content. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content aligns with overall marketing goals and effectively reaches our audience across multiple channels.

About You

  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, web articles, eBooks, white papers, etc.
  • Advise other content creators across marketing, communications, and international teams on content best practices and guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all content channels.
  • Analyze content performance metrics including engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up to date with emerging content trends, audience needs and preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications roles.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and formats.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure content performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and various marketing platforms to effectively publish and promote content.
  • Experience with AI content tools and best practices
  • Enthusiastic about integrating and utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation process
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
