**POSITION SUMMARY**

This position involves duties related to special projects for the Hawaii Keiki (HK) Program on an on-call basis. Under the supervision of the HK Business Operations Manager and with the direction and guidance of the Marketing Manager of the University of Hawaii at Manoa School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene (SONDH) and Senior Practice Director, this position will complete assigned projects within an agreed upon timeline.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**

• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication skills including written/verbal communication, interpersonal, process and project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Google calendars, email, and aptitude to learn in-house systems.
• Ability to format text for continuity.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and present information and ideas clearly and accurately in writing, verbally, and by preparing reports and other materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as communication with staff, between departments, and with clients and contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with organizations, groups, team leaders and members, vendors, and individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with Google Suite includes but is not limited to Google Sites, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms.
