Position Overview

General Description

The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for creating consistent operational support in sourcing.  Key responsibilities are sample management and supporting operational processes.

Performance Requirements

  • Own sample management process (request, hand-off, library, etc)
  • Partner with merchandising team to ensure samples are ordered and available for milestone meetings and marketing activities
  • Facilitate sample pass-off
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships thru accuracy and clear communication
  • Supports the product development process
  • Data entry
  • Create reports for seasonal development
  • Sample tracking and exception reporting
  • Understands the calendar and deliverables of the PLC
  • Creates and runs reports
  • Adoption and other metrics
  • Sourcing plan/actualization
  • Liability and raw material positioning reporting
  • Supports organization of the Sourcing teams
  • Sample and mail distribution
  • Department filing and organization
  • Sets up and organizes vendor visits and team meetings
  • Assists with Sourcing Department projects

Work Experience And Education Requirements

  • Work experience preferably in retail
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to details
  • Team oriented and able to maintain positive and collaborative relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Curious with an ability to learn in the moment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Our first preference will be for the candidate to be located, or willing to relocate to work in the Duluth, MN Corporate Office with a full-time, flexible/hybrid schedule.

The compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
