At Caselle, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payment Portal System Consultant to lead customers through the setup, onboarding, and early adoption of our online payment platform. In this key role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact during implementation-guiding customers from configuration to confident use of their new system.
You'll collaborate closely with Growth Engineers, Technical Consultants, and Support teams to ensure every implementation runs smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. What You'll Do
- Configure, test, and launch customer payment portals according to project requirements and timelines.
- Deliver engaging, comprehensive training sessions for customer teams on portal functionality, payments, and admin tools.
- Create and maintain user-friendly training materials-guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies that help customers drive end-user engagement.
- Provide up to 90 days of post-implementation support to ensure a seamless transition to long-term support teams.
- Collaborate across departments to improve onboarding, communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance product features, usability, and overall experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or system training (SaaS or payments preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
- Understanding of online payment systems, billing workflows, or financial processes is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and provide clear solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
