At ITS we see Information technology as a core enabler in delivering complex third-party logistics services at scale. An increasing percent of ITS IT spending is now allocated to innovation and transformation initiatives with the goal to rapidly leverage the following significant technology shifts to maximize business gain:

POSITION SUMMARY

At a point of major inflection and scale, ITS is looking for a Full Stack Software engineer who can work in a fast paced, fun, and challenging environment. You'll work with a team of software engineers and collaborate with high caliber cross functional teams of engineers to create quality software solutions using industry leading technologies with an Agile approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop and architect end-to-end applications on ITS's technology stack using Agile methodologies.
  • Create design and architectural artifacts in collaboration with architecture and other senior software engineers.
  • Create and collaborate with other engineers to form ITS's technical strategy.
  • Ability to write complex efficient algorithms that are modular and maintainable.
  • A willingness to become intimately familiar with our business model and processes to influence the strategy and direction of product development.
  • Work with other Senior Engineers and Architects to lead programming teams to translate user stories into robust, scalable software applications.
  • Interact daily with coworkers and leadership.
  • Design, Develop and maintain existing and future React Native mobile apps.
  • Manage deployments of new versions of the mobile apps in the Android and IOS app stores.
  • Develop Applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL and other technologies used at ITS.
  • Automate and deploy custom applications to Azure.
  • Work directly with end users to resolve ambiguities in requirements and to troubleshoot issues.
  • Keep abreast of latest technology trends and provide recommendations on how recent technologies and processes could help improve the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science BSCIS/BSCS/ BSCE or relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience developing applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Azure.
  • Experience in DevSecOps practices with a solid understanding of release automation and continuous integration/deployment.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in requirements gathering methodologies and processes.
  • Comfortable managing hands-on helpdesk tasks as well as conceptual software projects.
  • Excellent communications skills, especially with end users and leadership.
  • Experienced working in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent judgment skills (e.g., when to escalate technical problems and issues).
  • Ability to absorb and retain complex technical information quickly.
  • Strong diligence.
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
