Software Development

  • Own the development and implementation of internal applications and services.
  • Architect complex business features, and software. Take complex business features and break them into logical architectures.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain new and existing software.
  • Perform code reviews for all code prior to production deployment.
  • Automate the application deployment process.
  • Eliminate the use of legacy technologies.
  • Lead in the development of micro-service architecture utilizing RESTful API capabilities.

Team Lead

  • Assign projects and tasks and direct the day to day work for the software team.
  • Develop and maintain best practices including preparing technical specifications for the software team to use in software development.
  • Utilize best practices to train and coach employees.
  • Host daily scrum meeting to update status and solve obstacles to meet project deadlines.
  • Hosts regular status meetings.
  • Provide detailed reports during the development of projects.
  • Track and report output from the team to department leadership.

Technical Expertise

  • Stays abreast on emerging technologies and recommend best practices. Discover new technologies that would benefit the Bank and share with the team.
  • Works with department leadership to develop long-term architecture strategies.
  • Provide software tasks, user stories, and estimates for the Business Analyst employees and project teams.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essentials of the job . Four or more years of programming, software development or other related experience.
