About The Role

As an ERP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support system enhancements, and ensure the integrity and performance of our financial systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support essential public services23.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 applications using PeopleTools
  • Design, code, test, and integrate PeopleSoft ERP solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing PeopleSoft modules
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and workflows
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within PeopleSoft applications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of hands-on development experience using PeopleTools
  • 15+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
  • 15+ years of expertise in Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Plus, and Toad
  • Proven ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and PL/SQL
  • Familiarity with integration tools (Integration Broker, REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of public sector financial processes
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating in cross-functional teams3
