As an ERP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support system enhancements, and ensure the integrity and performance of our financial systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support essential public services23.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 applications using PeopleTools
- Design, code, test, and integrate PeopleSoft ERP solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing PeopleSoft modules
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and workflows
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within PeopleSoft applications
- 15+ years of hands-on development experience using PeopleTools
- 15+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- 15+ years of expertise in Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Plus, and Toad
- Proven ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with integration tools (Integration Broker, REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of public sector financial processes
- Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating in cross-functional teams3
- Contribute to projects that directly support public services and community impact
