We’re hiring a full-time, salaried Social Media Specialist to support both our law firm’s brand and our founder’s fast-growing personal brand. This is a hybrid role. While most of your work can be done remotely, you must live in Austin, TX, as you'll occasionally need to follow Hannah to events, help capture content, and take video in person.
This role is for someone who’s proactive, takes full ownership of their work, and doesn’t leave things open-ended. You’re someone who makes other people’s lives easier. You direct, you follow through, and you bring both creativity and structure to everything you do.
We’re a fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone who’s equally fast-thinking and dedicated, with a strong work ethic and an ability to get things done without a lot of hand-holding.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for the law firm and Hannah’s personal brand
Film and edit short-form video content with Hannah in Austin as needed
Write captions, schedule content, and maintain a consistent brand voice
Monitor and respond to DMs and comments with professionalism and warmth
Post stories that showcase behind-the-scenes life, thought leadership, and team culture
Track social media metrics weekly, report on growth, and adjust strategies accordingly
Stay on top of trends, propose new ideas, and bring them to life quickly
Take full creative ownership and treat the brand like it's your own
Qualifications
Must be located in Austin, TX
Proven experience managing and growing professional social media accounts (portfolio or samples encouraged)
Strong video editing skills, especially for Reels and TikTok
Confident directing a founder or team when filming or brainstorming content
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Comfortable moving quickly, changing direction when needed, and balancing multiple priorities
Compensation
Full-time, salaried. Includes benefits.
