We have an immediate opening for a fun and creative Social Media Manager/Lead Content Creator to bring a fun, behind-the-scenes approach to our social media marketing channels.
This is not your typical social media role; we are looking for someone who lives and breathes pop culture, luxury lifestyle, and entertainment. You’ll drive the voice and energy of our brands on social media, helping make hypergamy a modern norm while connecting with a global audience. You’ll create engaging video content, share behind-the-scenes glimpses into our company, and create unique dynamic content. This role is perfect for a charismatic and creative personality ready to lead innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns incorporating current trends, pop culture, and high-energy luxury vibes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the face of Seeking on social media: Create unique, energetic, behind-the-scenes content showcasing the fun, luxurious, and relatable side of our brands.
- Develop engaging, on-camera content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that appeals to a young adult female demographic and speaks to luxury lifestyles.
- Create and manage UGC-style social media content that captures current trends, incorporating pop culture, nightlife, and fashion.
- Utilize social media tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite) to design high-quality, trend-driven content that connects with followers and drives engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends: Identify viral topics and incorporate them into brand content with an authentic, luxury-oriented twist.
- Trend Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on current social media and pop culture trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage and grow our audience by responding to comments, sparking conversations, and building a community that resonates with both young women and affluent male followers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding goals and deliver consistent, high-quality content that strengthens our brand presence.
- Analyze content performance to understand what drives engagement and refine future content based on data.
- Monitor social metrics and prepare performance reports to communicate progress and insights to senior leadership.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Work remotely while participating in periodic onsite days for team collaboration and content creation.
- Willingness to Travel: Be open to traveling as needed to capture on-location content and attend brand events, conferences, and other opportunities to create engaging, in-the-moment content.
- Comfortable on camera: This role requires someone who enjoys being the personality behind the brand and can naturally connect with audiences.
- Creative storytelling skills: Ability to bring fresh, fun, and engaging ideas to life through social media content that appeals to younger audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends: Expert understanding of algorithms, trend identification, and how to optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- 1+ year of social media experience: We’re more interested in creativity and trend-savvy content creation than extensive management experience.
- Proficiency in content creation tools: Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms to produce high-quality content.
- Hybrid Flexibility and Travel Readiness: Ability to work remotely with periodic onsite days, and willingness to travel as needed for content creation and brand events.
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
