Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Content Manager/Creator with a passion for storytelling and an eye for design to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and doer, with a strong ability to produce compelling content that drives engagement and enhances our brand across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies to drive engagement and growth across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create and curate high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, aligned with our brand voice and vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that reflect current trends and audience preferences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social media, digital marketing, and content creation, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a loyal following.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience managing social media platforms and creating branded content.
  • Expertise in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing trends and priorities.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work in social media content creation, including both graphic and video projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with DSLR cameras and basic photography/video production techniques.
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms and their potential for brand storytelling.

Pay Range:

  • Competitive salary: $58,000 - $62,000/year, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off + holidays.
