Position Summary:

PK Industrial Supply seeks a driven and experienced SME Outside Sales with a strong background in valves and actuation solutions for the Oil & Gas industry. This is a strategic role focused on growing business across key accounts, with the support of a well-established team, trusted brand, and recognized market presence.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically skilled, and thrives in both independent and team settings. You must bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience in valve and actuation sales within the industrial or energy sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales of industrial valves, actuators, and engineered flow solutions for upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPCs, end users, OEMs, and distributors.
• Work closely with internal technical, operations, and procurement teams to develop value-based proposals.
• Deliver on sales targets, margin goals, and account growth objectives.
• Provide product selection support and specification interpretation based on project requirements.
• Lead technical presentations and customer training sessions as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven industrial sales experience in valves, actuators, or engineered flow control products.
• Strong knowledge of industrial valve types (ball, gate, globe, check, butterfly), automation, actuation, and control systems.
• Existing customer network in the Gulf Coast Oil & Gas market is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
• Proficiency with basic business tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), CRM platforms, quoting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
