If you love coaching sellers, designing onboarding programs, and helping reps ramp quickly to become high performers—this role is for you. As our SMB Sales Onboarding Manager, you'll lead onboarding, training, and coaching initiatives that make our global SMB sales team sharper, more confident, and consistently exceeding targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead onboarding programs for new SMB sales team members during their first 90 days, ensuring fast ramp-up and adoption of best practices.
  • Act as Team Lead for new hires during their first months, driving their readiness and confirming their ability to succeed in their role.
  • Create, update, and manage onboarding materials, playbooks, and demo frameworks, ensuring content is always aligned with product updates and sales strategies.
  • Deliver live and on-demand training sessions (Q&A, simulations, role-plays, tests, call reviews, shadows) that directly impact KPIs and quota attainment.
  • Coach Account Executives and team leads on sales methodology, skills, and execution.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales calls to identify gaps, reinforce best practices, and accelerate performance - You will be held responsible for your team's performance and their ability to reach their KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, Product Trainers, Marketing, and Sales Leaders to ensure smooth knowledge-sharing and effective handoffs.
  • Introduce AI-driven and productivity tools to streamline onboarding and day-to-day sales processes.
  • Contribute to sales leadership strategy, ensuring onboarding and training programs align with broader sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying SMB SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Passion for coaching, process design, and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset: able to use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize initiatives.
  • Familiarity with selling to deskless employees and understanding that market is a plus.
  • Experience working with global teams.
