Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily field operations for commercial concrete projects.
- Coordinate crew schedules and subcontractors to meet production timelines.
- Maintain high standards of jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and project budgets.
- Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members.
- Track project milestones and deliver progress reports.
- Resolve field issues swiftly and professionally.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- 5 years of experience in commercial concrete construction, with leadership or foreman experience required.
- Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades on-site.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear and professional communication with both field staff and clients.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Commitment to jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and on-time delivery.
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
