Shop Foreman

RISE Armament is looking for a Shop Foreman whose sole mission is execution. If you believe manufacturing succeeds through discipline, standards, and relentless follow-through—and fails through flexibility and improvisation—keep reading.

The Mission  

Your job is simple to understand and difficult to execute: 

Every work order ships on time. Period. 

On-time delivery is the measure of success in this role, but no order is considered “on time” if it does not meet quality requirements. Speed that creates rework, scrap, or escapes is failure. Everything else—process enforcement, ERP accuracy, floor discipline—exists only to support that outcome.

• Takes personal ownership of work order flow

What You Will Do 

• Own daily work order execution across the shop floor 
• Ensure every job moves on time through every operation 
• Enforce strict compliance with travelers, routings, and SOPs 
• Maintain real-time accuracy in ProShop ERP 
• Correct deviations immediately—no exceptions, no negotiations 
• Identify at-risk work orders early and act decisively 

What You Must Bring 

Required 

• Manufacturing experience in a production environment 
• Hands-on experience moving work orders in an ERP system (ProShop a bonus) 
• Comfort enforcing rules and correcting behavior in real time 
• Strong discipline, follow-through, and attention to detail 
• A zero-tolerance mindset for missed due dates 

Preferred 

• CNC machining experience 
• Experience acting as a single point of execution authority 
• Familiarity with ProShop ERP and the EPIC (Expert Person In Charge) concept
