We are looking for a highly experienced technical professional for our Roseville, California location to support advanced repair activity across a wide range of test and measurement equipment. This position is primarily focused on advanced fault isolation, component-level diagnostics, and resolution of complex failures. This is a full-time, day shift position.

We are looking for a highly experienced technical professional for our Roseville, California location to support advanced repair activity across a wide range of test and measurement equipment. This position is primarily focused on advanced fault isolation, component-level diagnostics, and resolution of complex failures. This is a full-time, day shift position.
Responsibilities
The position will challenge you to:
- Perform complex diagnostics, isolation, and repair of instrumentation used internally across various engineering and manufacturing functions
- Utilize schematics, block diagrams, and system-level knowledge to troubleshoot to the component level on a wide range of test equipment
- Apply advanced electronics repair methods and maintain high-quality standards in all service activity
- Support the development and enhancement of repair procedures and document best practices
- Solve complex technical issues and lead root cause investigations, including initiating corrective actions that improve repair outcomes and reduce rework collaboratively or independently
- Interface with internal customers and engineering support teams to resolve escalated repair issues and provide consultation on instrument compatibility and reliability
- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to other technicians on the team
- Take an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements based on service data, team feedback, and operational needs
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and ESD-compliant work environment
Job Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Engineering, Military Metrology (PMEL) or equivalent cumulative experience
- Desired 10+ years of relevant experience in interactive / complex repair and support of high accuracy test and measurement equipment
- Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic test instruments to the component level
- Strong understanding of electronic theory, measurement systems, and repair methodologies
- Proven ability to use schematics, technical manuals, and system documentation to perform fault isolation and repairs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex technical problems involving a broad range of equipment
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ANSI/ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ANSI Z540.3
- Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to share technical knowledge clearly and effectively
- Ability to support process improvements and mentor others in a high-performance service environment
- Maintains high workmanship standards and promotes ESD, safety, and compliance programs
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing business and technical needs while maintaining consistent performance
