Responsibilities

• Accept and dispatch service calls
• Communicate with Technicians scheduled service calls
• Check Technicians in and out of service calls updating customer portals accordingly
• “Time Stamp” field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system
• Generate monthly preventative maintenance calls
  
  

Qualifications

• Schedule availability: 9:30am to 6:00 pm
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, with limited supervision & make accurate decisions quickly
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
