The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional digital workplace solutions for our customers. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and stewarding projects from initiation through delivery ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with customer goals. As a customer-facing professional, you bring a mix of execution excellence, collaboration, and a service-first mindset.

We’re a remote-first tech company with a small, collaborative team that punches above its weight. We value clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. If you’re energized by complex digital projects and thrive in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Steward Project Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects from sales handoff through implementation to a successful transition to Customer Success account management. Ensure delivery is seamless and aligned with expectations.
  • Facilitate with Purpose: Support and guide key project meetings including kick-offs, working sessions, and regular check-ins helping to ensure contributors are aligned and informed.
  • Drive Communication: Keep both customers and internal teams up to date on project progress, milestones, risks, and blockers. Set clear expectations and ensure transparency throughout the process.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work across departments (Engineering, Support, Product, and Sales) to ensure successful project outcomes and a great customer experience.
  • Coordinate Across Workstreams: Manage multiple active projects and timelines with a focus on organization, clarity, and adaptability.
  • Champion the Customer: Act as the customer’s advocate throughout the process, ensuring their goals are understood and met, and their feedback is heard.
  • Stay Curious: Build and maintain strong knowledge of our platform, integrations, implementation framework, and product roadmap to better support customers and internal teams.

You'll Be Successful If You Are:

  • A clear communicator who can break down complexity and keep everyone aligned
  • A collaborative team player who builds trust and thrives in a service-oriented role
  • Highly organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A calm problem-solver who drives momentum
  • Adaptable, especially in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
  • Driven by positive impact, always ready to support the broader team

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of hands-on project coordination or project management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology implementations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex
  • Comfort working across disciplines and levels of seniority — internally and with customers
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Slack, and collaborative project platforms
  • Experience with or openness to learning our internal platform and processes
  • Understanding of agile principles and sprint-based workflows
  • Comfort navigating project scheduling and time-tracking tools
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team

Bonus If You Have:

  • Exposure to intranets, CMS/WCM platforms, enterprise SaaS, or collaboration technologies
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a bonus
  • Flexibility to support customers across global time zones
  • Comfort facilitating virtual and occasional in-person customer workshops (Travel is rare but may occur)
