Senior Project Manager- $100M Multifamily Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a $100M+ ground-up multifamily project in Delray Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale, high-profile developments with a respected and growing General Contractor.

Known for their financial stability, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, they are expanding their portfolio with some of the region's most notable projects.

Description

• Lead all aspects of project execution from pre-construction through closeout on a $100M+ multifamily development.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

• Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.

• Drive progress meetings and ensure reporting accuracy to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Enforce safety compliance and ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on ground-up multifamily projects exceeding $100M.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale multifamily projects through to completion.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on quality, budget, and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary of $160,000 - $185,000 depending on experience.
