Job Summary
The Senior Program Director for Leadership Development is responsible for guiding the development of new and aspiring school and district leaders in Alameda County through Alameda County Office of Education’s (ACOE) Clear P.A.T.H. for the Advancement of Leadership credential program, through an Aspiring Administrators’ Program, and through other county-wide initiatives to support high quality, sustained school and district leadership. The program director will work on a small team to design and lead professional development for new leaders and then coach new leaders to practice and implement new skills. This position reports to the Director of Leadership Development.

Requirements / Qualifications
Two (2) Openings
Education & Experience:
Clear Administrative Services Credential AND valid CA Teaching Credential
Bachelor’s Degree. (required)
At least four (4) years of experience in school leadership
Equivalent combination of education and experience (if applicable)
Valid CA Driver’s License/Evidence of Insurability
