Senior Principal Program Manager

This is a contract to hire position that will require being onsite at our facility in Murrieta, CA. You can expect competitive pay. Security Clearance (active or ability to obtain) is strongly preferred.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Principal Program Manager to lead complex, high-value programs in support of cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies. In this role, you will be the primary interface to key customers, oversee mission critical contracts, and guide cross functional teams to successful delivery. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, lead customer facing engagements, and expand new business within of the industry’s most technically sophisticated environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense programs from planning through execution.
• Preferred experience with programs involving custom optics, precision hardware assemblies, or aerospace-grade systems.
• Expertise with government contract types including Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) – with direct responsibility for pricing, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• U.S. Security Clearance and PMP Certification is Preferred.
