As a Senior Manager, Social at Tinder, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all evergreen social media and influencer marketing efforts across platforms. This role is ideal for a highly creative and strategic social expert who lives and breathes pop culture, and knows how to get brands talked about. You will own Tinder’s owned and earned social channels, on- and off-page.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own Tinder’s social media strategy including owned editorial content, community management, and ongoing influencer engagement. Lead content development across all owned channels that can drive brand relevance and transform perception. Build and execute reactive, real-time content strategies that drive cultural relevance and get people talking positively about Tinder. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that transform brand perception and fuel organic growth. Set goals and manage reporting on core KPIs for Tinder social, and pull out key insights that can inform future growth strategies. Proactively identify and share top of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior shifts to keep Tinder at the forefront of social conversations. Collaborate with marketers around the world to set strategies, share learnings, and find synergies across Tinder’s social pages globally. Stand up the right processes for trend mining and finding relevant brand and cultural insights to inform sharper strategies in social but also across all marketing. Manage a team of 2 internal and an external social agency.
What We’re Looking For:
5 years in a leadership role 8+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, including experience developing creative Experience directly managing Creatives Deep expertise across social, but especially TikTok and Instagram, with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences through these platforms. Experience developing and executing influencer strategies that align with brand goals and drive meaningful engagement. An agile, timely mindset – ability to spot trends early and create compelling content quickly. Highly creative thinker with a knack for creative that people want to watch and share. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to try new things, plus the rigor to analyze and learn from those. A passion for Tinder’s mission and the ability to contribute to a fun, inclusive, and engaging team culture.

$145,000 - $150,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $150,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
