The Role You’ll Contribute

The Regional Talent Strategy Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the regional talent management strategy team that elevates the talent pipeline, candidate experience, and builds a diverse and innovative talent pipeline to attract, recruit, and retain talent at AdventHealth. In this role, you will focus on shaping and leading the enterprise regional talent strategist team. The outcomes to achieve our company growth objectives and utilizing talent insights and organization data to craft thoughtful, inclusive, and progressive talent management solutions to support our team members and programs. This will include involvement in overseeing a range of regional strategic initiatives including digital strategy content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral program, collegiate and projects relevant to the region's system recruitment plans. This role will provide creative and innovative brainstorming along with planning and execution of initiatives relevant to assigned region.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Market Strategy Design: This role will Lead and support the regional talent market strategist in all efforts to drive the strategic design, program build, and process enhancement that are all tied to the career pipelining efforts for AdventHealth regions.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of individuals focused on regional market recruitment needs, market trends, strategies, execution, and metrics to improve work outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Ensure that cross-functional partnerships, processes, communications, and deliverables are in place and consistent across key stakeholders to Develop relationship with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and implementation of initiatives.
  • Oversee the specialized recruitment strategy, development, and talent pipeline progression for current and future business roles. This includes, but not limited to digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, university outreach programs, referral program, collegiate and projects relevant to talent strategy objectives.
  • Metrics: Measure the success of the regional strategies and outcomes using data and fact through the creation of KPI’s, campaign performance, and pipeline outcomes. Continually improve measurements for success by applying new metrics supports key initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Engage in other Talent Management initiatives as needed that drive the overall effectiveness of regional talent market strategist.
  • You will utilize your leadership, coaching skills, and feedback to improve performance while having the confidence and knowledge to influence others in a matrix environment."

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years experience
  • Five years of managerial experience
  • Seven years of experience providing strategy or support in a Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • Must be willing to travel quarterly to regional locations.
  • Ability to consistently communicate up, down and across to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams through complex, challenging and changing consumer climates.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills through which desired results are delivered in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships through personal integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize amongst competing demands to achieve short term goals with a sense of urgency, while supporting long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and online publishing tools.
  • Strong understanding of process/program development and planning.
  • Ability to lead in the research and presentation information
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a broad business perspective to ensure a deep understanding of our target audience’s needs
