What You’ll Do
- Talent Management & Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives for purpose-led clients and projects.
- Employee Relations & Engagement Provide strategic guidance on retention, training, and culture-building in remote-first environments.
- Performance & Development Create actionable development plans, design high-performance frameworks, and support career growth.
- Organizational Change & Culture Consulting Drive change initiatives and support clients in aligning values with scalable, human-first practices and success education principals.
- Learning & Development Advocacy Champion mindset, leadership, and performance coaching tools that support confidence, resilience, and self-leadership.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (talent acquisition, organizational development, or similar), ideally in multi-state or global settings.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning people strategy with business goals.
- Proficiency in interpreting HR data, compliance metrics, and driving process improvements.
- Confidence in digital platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, etc.).
- A strong online presence—or the willingness to develop one—and the ability to share your voice authentically.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and storytelling skills.
