The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading design projects and guiding other designers in creating high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on design execution, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and strategic goals.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop compelling, brand-aligned print and digital materials.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Evaluate and optimize the Print Matrix and vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.
- Lead and mentor the design team, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and fostering professional growth.

- Candidates must provide a professional portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across both print and digital media (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design (required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software, presentation/PowerPoint, word processing/typing required.
- Workfront experience is highly desirable.
