SENIOR DESIGNER

Summary

The Senior Designer is responsible for providing high-level creative input and hands-on graphic design services in support of corporate, internal, and enterprise-wide communications. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver polished, effective visual solutions across print, presentation, and digital formats. The ideal candidate brings extensive print production experience, strong presentation design skills, and the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and internal clients to plan, execute, and deliver design projects that meet communication and business objectives
• Translate creative briefs and project requirements into high-quality visual solutions across print and digital channels
• Develop conceptual designs, layouts, and creative approaches, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
• Design and produce charts, diagrams, infographics, and visual assets for corporate and internal communications
• Create high-level presentations with strong visual storytelling, layout, and formatting, integrating motion or animated elements when appropriate
• Design and format internal communication materials, including brochures, proposals, presentation boards, posters, flyers, newsletters, event materials, and large-format graphics
• Review final layouts and recommend refinements to improve clarity, consistency, and visual impact
• Manage print production processes, including file preparation, vendor coordination, print bids, and press checks when required
• Support simple video or motion-related needs, such as preparing visual assets, slides, or exports for presentations and internal communications
• Archive completed project files and upload finalized assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system in accordance with department standards
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience managing projects from concept through final production
• Demonstrated expertise in print design and production
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting corporate communications, internal communications, or executive-facing materials
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and archiving best practices is a plus
• Experience with basic web or interactive technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
