We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Manager. This pivotal role will work cross-functionally across the Digital Gaming organization to proactively identify strategic sourcing opportunities, drive the consolidation of similar needs, and ensure the timely acquisition of business-critical resources. You will define standard processes, ensure strategic alignment, and enhance efficiency across our organization. Your expertise in the industry will drive operational excellence and cost savings while fostering strong partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate directly with multiple game studios to understand their unique and shared external development needs. Proactively assess upcoming requirements and identify areas where centralized support or solutions can add new value.
  • Serve as a central connector across Finance, Legal, Studios, Production, Publishing, and Procurement teams to align on business priorities, resource planning, and operational support for externally sourced development efforts.
  • Identify overlapping needs across studios and unify requests where appropriate to streamline external sourcing efforts, reduce duplication, and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Leverage deep industry experience to help studios make informed decisions about external partners, development models, and outsourcing strategies. Act as a trusted advisor in selecting the right external capabilities to meet development goals.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure that processes supporting external development are clear, scalable, and aligned with broader organizational goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting game development initiatives, with a focus on external development or production strategy within the video game, technology, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines, external development models, and content outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse partners across creative, technical, and business functions.
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing needs in support of AAA or mid-sized game productions.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize information and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic approach with a passion for enabling teams to deliver their best work through thoughtful external development planning.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting the buildout or optimization of external development operations within a fast-paced, multi-studio environment.
  • Familiarity with game production methodologies across pre-production, production, and live operations.
  • Ability to recognize patterns across multiple projects and proactively suggest shared solutions.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional tools and systems to track progress, budgets, and outcomes.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $122,400
  • Pay Range End: $214,400
