Security Analyst

What does a successful Security Analyst do?

At Fiserv, a successful Security Analyst is responsible for reviewing candidate and employee-supplied background data and completed background reports, ensuring that the data meets internal and external compliance requirements. The role involves close collaboration with senior management to address and resolve compliance issues, which are often personal and nuanced. This position plays a critical role in managing human capital risks and ensuring the company remains in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with senior management on undefined or threshold criminal and financial issues.
• Own and support compliance decisions regarding candidate onboarding and employee continued employment.
• Process and adjudicate compliance documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
• Act as the "gatekeeper" to the organization, supporting day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate workload balancing strategies to meet business objectives.
  
  

What You Will Need To Have

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of work experience and/or military experience.
  
  

What Would Be Great To Have

• 5+ years of experience in human capital compliance management.
• 4+ years of experience in risk management related to human capital.
• 3+ years of experience using electronic compliance documentation systems.
• Certification in Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  
  

Important Information About This Role

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
• In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
