Scott Griffin Architects is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Project Manager/ Project Architect. This role involves managing several projects simultaneously, and coordinating directly with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery. The person in this role will be working independently to manage projects from start to finish and also do production in Revit. You will assist senior staff with design, project management and construction administration for a variety of core clients while also mentoring junior staff.
The ideal candidate will have very strong organizational and communication skills, with experience participating in projects as a client-facing member of the team, able to run meetings and manage the flow of information. Proficient knowledge of Revit is required, as well as experience with commercial construction detailing and generating and providing QA/QC on full plan sets.
Required qualifications include 8-12 years of relevant experience and a professional degree in architecture. A deep understanding of design, documentation and construction processes. Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills. Licensure or path to licensure a plus, but not required. The role is full-time, on site at our office in Waltham, MA.
